How to do the Muscle Snatch
- Set up with the bar over your mid-foot and grip just outside your hips.
- Drive through the floor, extend hips and knees explosively, then shrug hard.
- Pull the bar overhead in one continuous motion — do not re-bend the elbows under the bar.
- Lock out with arms fully extended and the bar directly over your ears.
