One Arm Floor Press
The One Arm Floor Press is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the One Arm Floor Press
- Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat, and grip the barbell with one hand at chest height.
- Keep your upper arm at roughly 45 degrees from your torso and plant your free hand on the floor for stability.
- Press the bar straight up to full extension, then lower until your tricep rests on the floor.
- Pause briefly at the bottom before each rep to eliminate momentum.
