How to do the One-Arm Open Palm Kettlebell Clean

  1. Start with the bell on the floor, hand flat underneath the handle in an open-palm grip.
  2. Hike the bell back between your legs, then drive your hips forward.
  3. Guide the bell up and rotate your palm under it as it rises to the rack position.
  4. Finish with the bell resting in the crook of your arm, elbow down, wrist straight.
