The Overhead Cable Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Overhead Cable Curl

  1. Set the cables at head height on both sides, grasp the handles with palms facing up, and stand centered between the pulleys.
  2. Start with arms fully extended at shoulder height, then curl both hands toward your ears.
  3. Squeeze the biceps at the peak contraction before slowly returning to the start.
  4. Keep your upper arms parallel to the floor — don't let your elbows drop.
