Overhead Cable Curl
The Overhead Cable Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Overhead Cable Curl
- Set the cables at head height on both sides, grasp the handles with palms facing up, and stand centered between the pulleys.
- Start with arms fully extended at shoulder height, then curl both hands toward your ears.
- Squeeze the biceps at the peak contraction before slowly returning to the start.
- Keep your upper arms parallel to the floor — don't let your elbows drop.
