The Pallof Press is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Pallof Press
- Set a cable at chest height, stand perpendicular to it, and hold the handle at your sternum with both hands.
- Brace your core and press the handle straight out in front of you until your arms are fully extended.
- Hold briefly, then pull it back to your chest — resist any rotation the entire time.
- Keep your hips square to the front; the challenge is not moving, not moving fast.
