How to do the Pallof Press With Rotation

  1. Set up the same as a standard Pallof Press — cable at chest height, stand perpendicular, brace your core.
  2. Press the handle out to full extension, then rotate your torso away from the cable while keeping arms extended.
  3. Rotate back to center, then return the handle to your chest under control.
  4. Move only through your thoracic spine — your hips stay anchored and square.
