How to do the Peroneals-SMR
- Sit on the floor and place the foam roller under the outside of your lower leg, between the ankle and knee.
- Support your weight on your hands and the opposite foot, keeping the target leg relaxed.
- Roll slowly along the outer shin from ankle to just below the knee.
- Pause 20–30 seconds on any tender spot until tension releases before moving on.
