How to do the Plank
- Place your forearms on the floor shoulder-width apart, elbows directly under your shoulders.
- Extend your legs behind you and hold a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your abs hard and squeeze your glutes — don't let your hips sag or pike.
- Keep your neck neutral and your gaze at the floor just ahead of your hands.
