How to do the Platform Hamstring Slides
- Lie on your back with heels resting on a low platform or box, arms flat at your sides.
- Drive your hips up into a bridge, then slide your heels away from you until your legs are nearly straight.
- Curl your heels back in and lower your hips to complete one rep.
- Keep your hips lifted throughout — don't let them drop during the slide.
