How to do the Power Stairs

  1. Start at the base of the stairs in an athletic stance, weight loaded on your hips.
  2. Drive explosively through each step, extending hips and knees fully.
  3. Pump your arms aggressively to maintain momentum.
  4. Stay low between steps—don't let your hips rise before the drive.
