How to do the Prowler Sprint
- Grip the high or low handles and lean your torso forward aggressively toward the sled.
- Drive with short, powerful strides, pushing through the ball of each foot.
- Keep your hips low and back flat—don't stand upright mid-sprint.
- Maintain constant pressure against the sled; don't let your hips drift behind your shoulders.
