Reverse Band Bench Press

Barbell Triceps

The Reverse Band Bench Press is a powerlifting movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Reverse Band Bench Press

  1. Attach bands to the top of the rack so they deload weight at the bottom of the press.
  2. Unrack with a firm grip, lower the bar under control to your chest.
  3. Press explosively through the sticking point as band tension fades.
  4. Lock out hard at the top, driving your triceps to full extension.
