How to do the Reverse Band Sumo Deadlift

  1. Take a wide stance with toes pointed out and grip the bar inside your legs.
  2. Bands overhead assist at the floor and fade as you approach lockout.
  3. Push the floor apart laterally as you pull, keeping your chest tall.
  4. Drive your hips through at the top, locking out with your glutes.
