How to do the Reverse Barbell Curl

  1. Grip the barbell overhand with hands about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pin your elbows to your sides and curl the bar toward your shoulders.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower under full control.
  4. Don't swing your torso to complete the rep.
