Rope Crunch
The Rope Crunch is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Rope Crunch
- Kneel facing the cable stack, holding the rope ends at either side of your head.
- Flex at the spine — curl your chest toward your knees, not just your head toward the floor.
- Pause and squeeze your abs at the bottom before returning slowly to the start.
- Keep your hips stationary; all movement comes from your trunk.
