The Russian Twist is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Russian Twist

  1. Sit with knees bent, feet hovering off the floor, and torso at 45 degrees.
  2. Clasp your hands together at chest height.
  3. Rotate your torso fully to each side, leading with your shoulders.
  4. Keep your lower back from rounding throughout the movement.
