Seated Band Hamstring Curl

Other Hamstrings

The Seated Band Hamstring Curl is a strength movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Seated Band Hamstring Curl

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench with a resistance band looped around one ankle and anchored low in front of you.
  2. Sit upright and brace your core.
  3. Drive your heel back and down against the band as far as your range allows.
  4. Control the return — don't let the band snap your leg forward.
