How to do the Seated Bent-Over Two-Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extension

  1. Sit on a bench and hinge forward at the hips until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor.
  2. Pin both upper arms to your sides, parallel to the floor, dumbbells hanging down.
  3. Extend both elbows simultaneously until your arms are fully straight.
  4. Keep your upper arms locked in place — only your forearms move.
