Seated Biceps

Body only Biceps

The Seated Biceps is a stretching movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Seated Biceps

  1. Sit upright and extend one arm behind you with your palm facing up.
  2. Gently press the arm down and back until you feel a stretch through the bicep.
  3. Keep your shoulder down and chest tall; don't let your torso rotate.
  4. Hold 20–30 seconds per side.
