How to do the Seated Calf Stretch
- Sit on the floor with one leg extended straight in front of you.
- Loop a towel or band around the ball of your foot and pull your toes toward your shin.
- Keep your knee straight and your back tall throughout the stretch.
- Hold 20–30 seconds per side.
