How to do the Seated Dumbbell Inner Biceps Curl

  1. Sit upright with a dumbbell in each hand, palms supinated and angled slightly inward toward the midline.
  2. Curl toward the inner portion of your shoulders, keeping elbows stationary at your sides.
  3. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top of the movement.
  4. Lower slowly back to the start without letting your wrists rotate.
