Seated Leg Curl
The Seated Leg Curl is a strength movement that targets your hamstrings. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Seated Leg Curl
- Adjust the machine so the pad sits just above your heels and your knees align with the pivot.
- Curl your heels toward your glutes in a smooth arc, fully contracting the hamstrings.
- Pause briefly at peak contraction, then lower the weight slowly back to the start.
- Keep your hips pressed into the seat throughout — don't let them lift.
