How to do the Snatch Pull
- Use a wide snatch grip from the floor, maintaining a strong back angle through the first pull.
- Accelerate through the second pull with a powerful hip extension and high shrug as the bar passes the hips.
- Rise onto the balls of your feet at the top — do not catch the bar overhead.
- Keep the bar close to the body throughout; any swing away from the midline bleeds power.
