How to do the Speed Band Overhead Triceps

  1. Anchor the band under your feet and hold both ends behind your head with elbows pointing up.
  2. Press your hands to full extension overhead without flaring your elbows wide.
  3. Move fast on the way up, control the descent back to the start.
  4. Keep your core braced and avoid arching your lower back.
