- Hold a dumbbell in each hand at hip level with palms facing back.
- Swing both weights in an arc up and across your body, rotating your torso.
- Alternate the direction of each arc to work both sides of the core.
- Keep the movement controlled — let your obliques drive the rotation, not momentum.
