The Spell Caster is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Spell Caster

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at hip level with palms facing back.
  2. Swing both weights in an arc up and across your body, rotating your torso.
  3. Alternate the direction of each arc to work both sides of the core.
  4. Keep the movement controlled — let your obliques drive the rotation, not momentum.
