How to do the Split Snatch
- Take a wide snatch grip and pull the bar explosively from the floor with full hip and knee extension.
- As the bar rises, split your feet front and back and drive yourself under it.
- Receive the bar locked out overhead with arms straight before the feet land.
- Stand by stepping the front foot back, then the rear foot forward to full extension.
