How to do the Standing Bent-Over One-Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extension

  1. Hinge at the hips until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor, holding a dumbbell in one hand with your upper arm pinned to your side.
  2. Extend the dumbbell back until your arm is fully straight.
  3. Squeeze your tricep at full extension, then return under control.
  4. Keep your elbow fixed — only your forearm moves.
