The Standing Cable Lift is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Cable Lift

  1. Set the cable pulley to its lowest position and stand to the side of the stack.
  2. Grip the handle with both hands and start with it near the outside of your hip.
  3. Drive the handle diagonally upward across your body to above the opposite shoulder.
  4. Rotate through your torso, not just your arms, and control the return.
