How to do the Standing Cable Wood Chop

  1. Set the cable pulley high and stand sideways to the stack, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grip the handle with both hands, arms extended toward the anchor point.
  3. Pull the handle down and across your body toward the opposite knee in one fluid arc.
  4. Initiate the movement from your core, not your arms, and resist on the way back.
