How to do the Standing Calf Raises
- Position your shoulders under the machine's pads and stand with the balls of your feet on the platform edge.
- Lower your heels as far below the platform as your range allows.
- Drive up onto the balls of your feet until your calves are fully contracted.
- Pause at the top for one count before lowering — avoid bouncing at the bottom.
