Dumbbell Biceps

The Standing Concentration Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Concentration Curl

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, hinge slightly forward, and brace the working elbow against your inner thigh.
  2. Hold the dumbbell with your palm facing up, arm fully extended.
  3. Curl the weight to your shoulder by flexing the elbow, keeping the upper arm fixed.
  4. Squeeze at the top, then lower fully before the next rep.
