How to do the Standing Hamstring and Calf Stretch

  1. Place one heel on an elevated surface with your leg straight.
  2. Hinge at the hips and reach toward your toes until you feel tension in the hamstring and calf.
  3. Keep your back flat and avoid rounding your spine.
  4. Hold the stretch, then switch legs.
