How to do the Standing One-Arm Cable Curl

  1. Stand facing a low cable pulley, grasping the handle with one hand, palm up.
  2. Pin your upper arm against your side and keep it still throughout.
  3. Curl the handle toward your shoulder, fully contracting the bicep at the top.
  4. Lower slowly to full elbow extension before the next rep.
