How to do the Standing One-Arm Dumbbell Curl Over Incline Bench

  1. Stand behind an incline bench and drape your working arm over the top pad, dumbbell hanging at full extension.
  2. Keep your upper arm pressed against the pad — it should not lift during the curl.
  3. Curl the dumbbell up toward your shoulder, supinating your wrist at the top.
  4. Lower fully under control to stretch the bicep before each rep.
