How to do the Standing One-Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extension

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand overhead.
  2. Raise your upper arm beside your ear and keep it vertical — don't let it flare.
  3. Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending only at the elbow.
  4. Extend fully back to the start, locking out without shrugging your shoulder.
