The Stomach Vacuum is a stretching movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Stomach Vacuum

  1. Stand or kneel upright with your spine neutral.
  2. Exhale all air from your lungs completely.
  3. Draw your navel in toward your spine as hard as possible and hold.
  4. Keep your breath held out for 10–20 seconds without letting your lower back arch.
