How to do the Sumo Deadlift
- Set feet wide with toes flared out and the bar over your mid-foot.
- Grip the bar inside your legs, brace your core, and push your knees out in line with your toes.
- Drive the floor away and lock out hips and knees simultaneously at the top.
- Keep your chest up and back flat from the first pull through lockout.
