How to do the Supine Chest Throw
- Lie flat on your back holding a medicine ball at your chest with both hands.
- Explosively press the ball straight up and release it at full arm extension.
- Catch it as it returns and immediately absorb the load back to your chest.
- Keep your lower back pressed into the floor throughout each throw.
