The Supine Chest Throw is a plyometrics movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Supine Chest Throw

  1. Lie flat on your back holding a medicine ball at your chest with both hands.
  2. Explosively press the ball straight up and release it at full arm extension.
  3. Catch it as it returns and immediately absorb the load back to your chest.
  4. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor throughout each throw.
