Supine One-Arm Overhead Throw
The Supine One-Arm Overhead Throw is a plyometrics movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Supine One-Arm Overhead Throw
- Lie flat on your back and hold a medicine ball in one hand with your arm extended overhead toward the floor.
- Snap the ball forward by contracting your core and shoulder, releasing it upward.
- Catch it at the top of its arc with the same hand and immediately load back into the overhead position.
- Keep your opposite side flat and avoid twisting your hips to generate the throw.
