- Grip the handles with arms extended in front of you and body in a straight line.
- Slowly let your arms travel overhead, allowing your body to lower toward the floor.
- Keep your core braced and hips locked — don't let your lower back arch.
- Pull the handles back to the start by contracting your abs.
