The Tate Press is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Tate Press

  1. Lie on a bench holding dumbbells above your chest with elbows flared wide.
  2. Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells until they touch your chest.
  3. Keep your upper arms stationary and elbows pointing outward throughout.
  4. Extend your triceps to press back to the start.
