How to do the Toe Touchers

  1. Lie flat on your back with legs extended straight up toward the ceiling.
  2. Crunch your upper body up and reach both hands toward your toes.
  3. Lower with control — don't let momentum do the work.
  4. Keep your lower back pressed into the floor throughout the movement.
