The Tricep Dumbbell Kickback is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Tricep Dumbbell Kickback

  1. Hinge forward at the hips, brace your core, and pin your upper arm parallel to the floor.
  2. Extend your forearm back until your arm is fully straight.
  3. Pause briefly at full extension, then lower with control.
  4. Keep your upper arm locked — only the forearm moves.
