The Tricep Side Stretch is a stretching movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Tricep Side Stretch

  1. Raise one arm overhead and bend the elbow so your hand drops behind your head.
  2. Use your opposite hand to gently press the elbow further back and down.
  3. Hold the stretch for 20–30 seconds without forcing the range.
  4. Keep your torso upright — don't lean excessively to the side.
