Triceps Pushdown
The Triceps Pushdown is a strength movement that targets your triceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Triceps Pushdown
- Stand facing the cable stack, grip the attachment at chest height, and pin your elbows at your sides.
- Press the attachment down until your arms are fully extended.
- Squeeze the triceps at lockout, then return slowly to the start.
- Keep your torso still — don't use body sway to move the weight.
