How to do the Triceps Stretch
- Raise one arm overhead and bend the elbow to place your hand behind your neck.
- Use the opposite hand to gently pull the elbow toward the center of your head.
- Hold for 20–30 seconds and breathe steadily.
- Keep your head neutral — don't let it push forward into your arm.
