How to do the Tuck Crunch
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet lifted so shins are parallel to the floor.
- Place hands behind your head without pulling on your neck.
- Crunch your chest toward your knees while simultaneously drawing your knees toward your chest.
- Lower with control and repeat without letting your feet touch the floor.
