The Two-Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Two-Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl

  1. Sit at a preacher bench and drape both upper arms flat over the pad, dumbbells hanging at arm's length.
  2. Curl both dumbbells up toward your shoulders in a smooth arc.
  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower slowly until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Keep your upper arms pressed into the pad throughout — don't let your elbows lift off.
