How to do the Weighted Bench Dip
- Place hands on the edge of a bench behind you, feet on a surface in front, and set a weight plate on your thighs.
- Lower your body by bending the elbows to roughly 90 degrees.
- Press through the heel of your hand to lock the elbows back out.
- Keep your back close to the bench throughout — don't let your hips drift forward.
