The Weighted Crunches is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Weighted Crunches

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and hold a medicine ball at your chest.
  2. Curl your shoulder blades off the floor by contracting your abs — this is not a sit-up.
  3. Pause at the top, then lower under control.
  4. Keep your lower back in contact with the floor throughout the movement.
